When I think of Ralph I will remember the way he use to tell of his life and memories of growing up on Tybee. You could always tell he truely loved the beach and fishing.

My prayers are with the Family of Ralph Pagan. I dated his daughter for 1 1/2 years and he was such an easy person to get along with, except of course when me and his daughter went our separate ways, even then He acted just the way a Father should act, which made me respect him tht much more. He loved his Family deeply and he showed it in so many ways. He will be missed, I just wish I had more of a chance to get to know him.
